At Aadi Ateliers, we are committed to providing premium quality kids’ undergarments with comfort and hygiene as our top priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of kids’ undergarments, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

The product must not show any signs of wear, stains, or odor.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or opened from sealed packaging unless they are faulty.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Products purchased on clearance or sale (unless damaged or incorrect)

Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or defective items subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose:

Shipping Charges for Returns

If the return is due to Aadi Ateliers’ error (wrong or damaged product), return shipping will be covered by us.

If the return is due to size change or customer preference, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.

Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled but may qualify under the return policy.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Please ensure the order is checked at the time of delivery. If the parcel is visibly damaged, customers are advised to refuse acceptance and inform us immediately.
